The second half of 2016  marks a pivotal  transition period for drummer/composer Bob Holz. His first international release, A Vision Forward reached #78 on Jazz Week's national airplay charts. The album has also been mentioned in the December issue of Modern Drummer Magazine. Holz also gave a feature interview for Huffington Post where he announced that MVD Audio will release his follow-up album,Visions and Friends on 2/10/17. That album will feature special guests Larry Coryell, Ralphe Armstrong and Alex Machacek. The end of 2016 and early 2017 will bring  live performances of Bob Holz and A Vision Forward in New York and Los Angeles.
